Technical Program Manager 3

Job Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional technical teams to large projects to enable solutions for Etch process module hardware product development and release
• Apply strategic and tactical thinking, and manage accountability using sound program management skills
• Work with various Product Development and Release (PDR) processes and understand Roles and Responsibilities (R&R) of various cross functional team members throughout the product lifecycle
• Present in front of senior product group executives, and peer groups. Prepare high level as well as detailed schedules, manage resource leveling, and budgeting
• Apply risk assessment methodology and mitigation planning. Understand complex product option architectures, Engineering change management implementation and detailed BOM management. Use problem solving and decision-making processes to address project/org needs
• Participate in Supplier discussions for cost and lead time improvement. Work with manufacturing and pilot to track early builds
• Create agenda for weekly CFT meetings and run the meetings, send out meeting minute
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, part orders and tracking and escalate appropriately to pull in schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project, Program Management tools
• Must be a self-starter “a bias for action” and be able to operate independent of day to day supervision
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
• 1 - 3+ years of industry experience or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking and attention to details for everyday tactical execution
• Excellent people and presentation skills
• Technical background, preferably in semiconductor industry and Etch equipment product knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or advanced degree preferred

 Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $82,000.00 -  $181,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
