DESCRIPTION:

Contribute to team responsible for the design, development, and support of software applications for Employee Guided Servicing (EGS) area of Retail Technology platform; develop software and platforms using C#, Typescript, Angular, MSSQL, REST, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Automated Testing; develop team responsible for deployment and research of in-house Dash platform and other vendor platforms; use Agile methodologies; engage in high level design sessions and communicate to stakeholders and other developers as needed; prepare and review test data and execute detailed test plans, complete any required debugging, and prepare thorough, clear technical and functional specifications and update systems documentation; prepare charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems, reviewing documentation prepared by less experienced staff, and preparing and reviewing assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project; recommend new technology, policies, or processes to benefit the organization and improve deficiencies; lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software, assist in developing expense and capital budgets, and monitor employee performance; prepare annual appraisals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, any Engineering, or related technical field, and six (6) years of experience designing and developing software and platforms using C#, Typescript, Angular, MSSQL, REST, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Automated Testing; and using Agile methodologies.
