Approximately 90% of people use Meta’s products from outside of North America. The International Product Growth and Insights (IPGI) team plays a crucial role in breaking down the barriers for our international users such that Meta products feel local at a global scale. By applying your technical skills, analytical mindset, and business intuition to one of the richest data sets in the world, you will help define the experiences we build for billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses around the world.
You will use data and analysis to identify and solve the needs of users in international markets and IPGI’s biggest challenges. You will partner with International Product Growth Managers, engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute international growth strategy and investment decisions across Meta’s products.

- Identify and measure success of international product growth efforts through goal setting, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of key product metrics to understand local market trends and insights.
- Apply technical skills with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop international product growth strategies.
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of meaningful problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
- Partner with International Product Growth Managers, engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute international growth strategy and investment decisions across Meta’s products.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- 3+ years of work experience in analytics or 2+ years of experience with a Masters Degree.
- Capacity to work with teams based outside of North America across multiple time zones.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and A/B testing statistics knowledge.
- Experience working on a product or service used by a wide-range of communities.
- Experience performing analyses with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open ended questions.
- Experience working with and influencing multi disciplinary product teams.
- Experience working in international markets (specifically emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and Latin America).
- Experience working on products or services used by international users.
- Native fluency of one or more languages used in international markets (specifically those in Latin America or Southeast Asia).
