Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time Physical Therapists for dedicated, clinic-based roles across the West Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. This is not a float or travel position — you will work from one consistent clinic based on your preference and location.

• Denton – Oak St.: 2535 W Oak St, Suite 101, Denton, TX 76201

• Decatur: 1305 S FM 51, Suite B, Decatur, TX 76234

• Irving: 2021 N MacArthur Blvd, Suite 550, Irving, TX 75061

• Grand Prairie: 3055 W Bardin Rd, Suite 200, Grand Prairie, TX 75052

• Grapevine: 2401 Ira E. Woods Ave, Ste. 100, Grapevine, TX 76051

You’ll select your preferred clinic during the hiring process — and stay there full-time.

Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

• Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000

• Sign-on bonus: Available for select locations

• Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Overview

Vista Physical Therapy’s West DFW clinics deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care to a wide range of patients. Services include:

• Orthopedic & sports physical therapy

• Manual therapy & functional rehab

• Pre-/post-operative care

• Spine rehab & chronic condition management

• Return-to-sport & return-to-work programs

• Vestibular therapy and specialty services (clinic-specific)

As part of Vista Physical Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), our PTs benefit from a collaborative, patient-first environment with strong clinical support.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education

• Document all services clearly and thoroughly in EMR

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff

• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and team development

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care

• New grads welcome – mentorship provided
