Warehouse Associate

FULL TIME

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking EXPERIENCED Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to fulfilling orders and shipping products to customers.

Key Responsibilities (Partial list)

1.  Walk the perimeter and inspect the warehouse and fleet for damages, debris, and trip hazards.

2.  Process purchase orders, manage replenishments, and follow up on discrepancies and warranties.

3.  Maintain key logs, update fleet assignments in systems, and perform forklift inspections.

4. Schedule and communicate vehicle maintenance; review and address fleet camera health and fuel usage.

5.  Maintain stock of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manage uniform orders.

6. Complete warehouse inventory counts and report to accounting.

7.  Oversee pest control, and order necessary supplies like SmartACs and temporary uniforms.

8.  Schedule inspections for fire extinguishers, sprinklers, first aid kits, forklifts, and ladders.

9.  Report and coordinate responses for accidents, including repairs and safety protocol adherence.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse inventory, purchase orders, stocking, and auditing are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth.
• Proven commitment to job growth and commitment
• Must be over 18
• Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is a must. (Experience with Service Titan is a plus)
• Must have a Clean Driving Record and Driver’s License.
• Must have EPA Certification (Level II or Universal Certification) or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
