Make Ready Specialist (1st Shift)

Job Description

Position expectation is to improve makeready, productivity and waste efficiencies by coordinating and installing production equipment upgrades and implementing process improvements.

Assist outside vendors with troubleshooting existing in-house equipment along with developing and coordinating installation of  new equipment and upgrades.

Assist all production and maintenance team members to maintain maximum efficiency in terms of production efficiency, makeready and lost time to meet plant objectives.

Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

Coordinate and assist with implementing process improvements.

Coordinate sending equipment CAD drawings to vendors for pricing.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $24.15 - $38.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
