T&T Specialist MES - Senior IT Project Manager

Your role & responsibilities: 

• Successful project delivery, implementation and handover of the strategic MES program from initiation to deployment 

• Manage all aspects of related projects to ensure the overall program directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives 

• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards 

• Plan and integrate adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes 

• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project 

• Understand interdependencies between other strategic programs, technology, operations and business needs 

• Coordination of all aspects of architecture, engineering, development, testing, deployment related to the prepared and approved strategy for the implementation of the MES system 

• Responsibility for preparing and overseeing MES implementation strategy & standard 

• Coordination of process/service changes 

• Ensure the change meets the agreed expectations of the business, customers and users 

• Cooperation with Demand Management (Business side)  

• Service Definition (Calculation, Documentation, SLAs) 

 

Your skills & strengths: 

• Experience in successfully leading projects to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close, ideally with a MES or industrial production related background. 

• Very good English language skills 

• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance 

• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and IT organizations 

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence 

• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives 

• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands 

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
