The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (M-Level) to join our Domestic Apache Production and Fielding team in Mesa, Arizona

The role will lead the Production and Fielding efforts for US Army Apache programs and be accountable to the Director of Domestic Attack Programs.

The role will be key a member of the Attack Program Office leadership team and be integral to delivering AH-64E capability to the US Army. The successful candidate will work closely with the United States Government (USG) and internal Boeing functional counterparts (Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Operations, BGS, etc.) to lead, plan, develop and execute Domestic Apache Production and Fielding program requirements.   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides total program and business leadership and is responsible for the successful execution of US Army Apache program requirements including technical, cost, schedule and customer satisfaction
  • Provides positive and inspiring leadership both internally and externally amongst program stakeholders
  • Develops positive and productive relationships with key personnel within the USG and Boeing to deliver on successful execution of all aspects of the programs
  • Utilizes, applies and drives continuous improvement through the deployment of Program Management Best Practices throughout the program lifecycle to enhance program performance
  • Proactively manages risks, issues and opportunities to the mutual benefit of customers and the company
  • Supports the growth and development of skills, abilities and experience of members of Apache Program Office team

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of Senior Leader or Manager experience
  • 5+ years’ Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on major and/or complex programs, projects or initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Formal program management experience
  • Experience managing complex production programs
  • Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
  • Experience working with senior and/or executive management and military officials

Summary pay range: $180,200 – $243,800
