The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing.

- Main responsibility for providing proactive legal advice in a holistic manner regarding commercial transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all kinds of agreements with a focus on the battery business in the sales area
- Providing legal advice and support on legal issues in connection with developing new and further developing existing business areas
- Participating in the preparation of draft resolutions on commercial projects for various committees, including drafting the resolution texts
- Developing proprietary standard contracts and establishing legal standards for PowerCo
- Providing legal support for subsidiaries regarding commercial topics
- Coordinating cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad
- German law degrees with results above the average and the admission to the bar
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in the area of commercial law in an international company or in an international law firm
- Fluency in German and English
- Decisive personality with entrepreneurial spirit
- A team player with interactive, communicative, structured working style, excellent negotiating skills and high implementation speed
