CSG Forte is seeking a User Interface Designer Sr to be a part of our Payments product team. The ideal candidate can quickly grasp and translate highly complex problems into clean, understandable solutions. As a User Experience and Visual Designer this individual will contribute to the design and usability of our customer and end payor facing solutions throughout the conceptualization, development, and implementation process.

We are looking for a User Experience Designer Sr who:

• Has a proven track record solving complex interaction problems across multiple platforms and is passionate about creating usable, beautiful, and scalable solutions.
• Has an eye for detail and possess a strong blend of interaction and visual design skills.
• Has the ability to work within a cross functional team to develop enhancements in a highly iterative fashion; including: active participation with customers, product owners, product managers, product development, Customer support, Risk, and finance teams. 
• Can design high impact, widely used applications in the B2B, B2C and B2B2C space. 
• Can drive the direction of new features by creating wireframes, mockups, or detailed design specifications to give a comprehensive view to cross functional stakeholders, executives and test participant

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Has 7+ years in UX/UI Design experience, including prototyping and system design or relevant experience.  Online portfolio may be requested.
• Has a bachelor's degree with emphasis on Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or related fields.
• Has a deep experience with one or more tools and technologies such as Adobe XD, Sketch 3, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Figma etc.
• Has previous experience in planning and conducting product discovery and usability tests, identify insights to influence product design decisions.
• Has proven experience designing product/applications that are responsive, mobile friendly and are accessibility complaint
• Is willing to be available to interact with the development team in India during morning hours CST.
• Has familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XAML is a plus
• Is well versed in scrum methodology and working in an Agile environment
• Is proficient in English in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$78,576.21-$125,721.94

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
