Senior Transfer Agency Analyst, Associate 2

<p><b>Purpose Of Role:</b></p><p>The Senior Transfer Agency Analyst is responsible for the correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the areas of Fund Trading Services such as cash and shares reconciliation, reporting, orders management, dividends payment etc.</p><p>The role will involve a significant amount of contacts with internal and external clients, Transfer Agents and other groups within State Street. </p><p>The Senior Analyst is a point of contact for all other supporting functions and is responsible for analyzing information, monitoring and resolving queries received from internal and external parties.</p><p></p><p>The Senior Analyst is responsible for verifying and reviewing the work performed by the junior colleagues and as an experienced employee, is expected to provide on job training to the newer members of the team and guidance to the junior ones. </p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrating timely and accurate processing at all times in accordance with Fund deadlines, operating procedures and legal regulations.</p></li><li><p>Engaging in building an effective working relationship with internal and external clients.</p></li><li><p>Involvement in the training and development of other team members.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports for management review.
