Job Overview
This role serves as the US Contracting Technology Product Owner within Commercial Technology, accountable for the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of technology products that enable contracting, pricing, and commercial execution for DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager partners closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure contracting solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. This position plays a critical role in driving digital enablement, operational efficiency, and datadriven decisionmaking across the US commercial organization and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for US contracting technology solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and enterprise priorities.
Partner with Commercial, Contracting, Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technology requirements and user stories.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of contracting technology initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and modernization efforts, ensuring quality, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, value realization, and continuous improvement across the contracting technology portfolio.
Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
Manage prioritization trade‑offs across multiple stakeholders while balancing speed, risk, cost, and business impact.
Collaborate with architecture, data, and platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards and long‑term roadmap.
Provide leadership and mentoring to product owners, analysts, and delivery partners within a matrixed environment.
