Your team

You will be part of the Bank Operations Team within the Global Wealth Management in the Weehawken Office.

Your expertise

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of work experience running Program Management Office, or Operations leadership function.
• leadership through times of significant business change/transformation initiatives
• robust understanding of banking products is critical, and understanding of Wealth Management products and services is a plus
• ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology
• ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
• experience with digital strategies and IT platforms
• strong Microsoft Office skills
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
• excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
