Pay Rate:

$47,300 - $63,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity.  Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. Applies advanced skills.
• Perform daily financial activities of the plant. 
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports. 
• Verifies and processes employee hours in payroll system, ensures accuracy and timely submittals.
• Assist in other accounting duties such as (but not limited to) validating account activity, inventory counts, and records retention.
• Administer daily financial activities as assigned within the plant. Acts as liaison between sales, shipping, customer service, scheduling, and production to ensure financial integrity of the plant.
