As the Supply Chain Program Manager, you will support the central management and reporting function for the team, tasked with translating strategic objectives into operational readiness, managing cross-functional dependencies, and representing the team in key partner and product initiatives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead problem statement definition, forming hypotheses, conducting research, analyzing data, and modeling to deliver recommendations that deliver impact.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and tooling enhancements to support supply-demand planning, and to minimize costs and inventories while improving service levels.
- Establish and manage the program governance structure, including roles, responsibilities, reporting cadence, and decision-making processes.
- Facilitate critical planning cycles (e.g., demand signaling, supply planning).
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with software development teams to define requirements and prioritize efforts. Collaborate with partner teams to identify gaps, propose improvement recommendations, foster consensus, and facilitate enhancements to planning processes for data centers.
