About the internship:

This is a full-time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in Paris, France. It will run for six months. 
As a TA intern at Contentsquare, you will work closely with our lovely Talent Acquisition team within an international & multicultural environment! 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇬🇧You will focus on finding, attracting and hiring the best talents, while delivering an extraordinary candidate and hiring manager experience.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in recruitment and the end-to-end candidate management from identification through the hiring process, in a tech scale-up environment!
What you’ll do:
- Support other team members including but not limited to managing job postings, developing interview kits, drafting offer letters and contracts, posting job announcements internally as well as externally to LinkedIn and other job boards- Act as a key point of contact for all candidates, handling communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience- Help us run candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, Lever as well as support us in our sourcing efforts- Coordinate and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel- Assist us in improving the candidate experience, including passive engagement on social sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and active interactions throughout our application and hiring process- Assist with various ongoing projects- Other activities may be specified by your manager
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You can speak and write proficiently in English & French.- Keen in gaining experience in Talent Acquisition- Experience excelling in high-velocity environments- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills- Dependability and curiosity about working in a team-oriented environment- Empathetic, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills- You have a positive and hardworking demeanour, and are eager to learn- Previous recruiting/HR internship experience strongly preferred
