The Dayton School of Medical Massage-Lima is seeking a dynamic Director of Admissions/Student Services to oversee and enhance our admissions processes and student support services. This role will involve strategic planning, implementation of best practices in admissions, and ensuring that student services align with the overall mission of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education, a commitment to student success, and strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire admissions process, from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
• Oversee student services to provide support and resources for current students throughout their academic journey.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align admissions criteria with program goals and objectives.
• Analyze admissions data to assess trends and implement improvements in recruitment and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements related to admissions and student services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, admissions or higher education administration preferred.
• Understanding of enrollment management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
