About the role

Description

monday.com is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic and creative Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team in NYC. You will foster a strong, engaged and informed company culture through the power of strategic internal communications. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in building our internal communications program from the ground up. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and inform our growing workforce across 10 global offices. On the internal communications team, you will closely with senior leadership, including the Co-Founders, to ensure clear and consistent messaging that aligns with our company goals. As part of the Global Communications team, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Director of Communications and in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer.


Note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives, fostering employee engagement and a strong company culture
  • Craft compelling content across various mediums (written, video, etc.) to educate, inspire, and unite our employees
  • Become an expert in our internal communication channels, including newsletters, monday.com platform, and Slack, ensuring effective message delivery
  • Lead the charge in designing and producing team all-hands meetings, including defining narratives, creating presentations, and coaching presenters
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to provide communication coaching and support large-scale initiatives like cultural programs, global benefits changes, departmental re-orgs, and more
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to ensure a swift and effective response to unforeseen situations
  • Measure and analyze communication effectiveness through data analysis to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, program management, or a related field
  • Able to translate complex information into clear, concise and engaging messages for diverse audiences
  • Develop innovative communication materials that capture attention and inspire action
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable and results-oriented professional who can excel in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Data-driven individual who can leverage analytics to measure communication effectiveness
  • Comfortable using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content
  • Strong executive presence and comfortable presenting projects and insights at larger meetings
