Job Description

ServiceNow’s Platform, Solution Sales, and Industries (PSSI) org is the largest organization in the company, comprised of all Products and Platform teams, along with our world class Solution Sales and Industries-focused Sales functions.  We are leveraging the unlimited potential of our platform across every industry, geography, solutions, and personas to consistently deliver product and platform experiences our customers love.   

Seeking an analytical and strategic operations co-op intern to join the Strategic Product and Platform Operations team supporting the Chief Operating Officer in driving strategic priorities and operational excellence across the Platform, Solution Sales, and Industries (PSSI) organization.   The intern will gain a strategic understanding of ServiceNow’s business across its full product suite.  This role is highly collaborative, providing an opportunity to gain exposure to a broad set of leaders across ServiceNow.  

Responsibilities: 

• Manage initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for PSSI’s portfolio, in partnership with stakeholders 
• Manage metrics, milestones, and programs to ensure successful execution
• Support operational cadences (e.g., Quarterly Product Reviews, Long Range Planning, Portfolio Analysis, etc.) 
• Drive action items to closure through administrative leadership (e.g., business reviews, facilitation of senior staff meetings) and support PSSI events 
• Support strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.) to create efficiency and accelerate execution 

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or a similar field
  • Graduating March 2024, or later
  • Able to commit to a 6-month program: July 10, 2023 - December 15, 2023 in Santa Clara, CA
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• High energy, disciplined execution skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
• Self-starter who is comfortable with working independently and highly productive 
• Positive attitude, and growth mindset to be curious about what works, what doesn’t and why
• Able to build good cross functional relationship with a variety of teams
