Job Description

• Serve as valued IT Business Partner to ensure Customer Satisfaction: actively Interact with Business and Technical/Eng. teams, to inform, improve, and implement new technologies, share information, and/or support with new procedures and standards
• Responsible for Digitalization / Automation Solutions to improve and power business processes with IT tools (Microsoft Power Automate, PowerBI, Bots, Automation Anywhere etc.) to streamline manual processes with process automation, to transform business requirement to IT solutions
• Responsible for IT Cost Controlling and Optimization Process and Projects (incl. KPIs)
• Manage IT / Cyber Security topics in Authorization Access Management as an LAC, manage Business Role Catalog and IT Role Risk Management process; manage Application Landscape management in LeanIX, support Application owners to evaluate and implement security measures to ensure applications resistant to security threat (incl. KPIs)
• Support IT Projects in testing, cleansing, migration, training, and documentation.
• Support IT Communications (Bosch BGN and Connect web pages, Newsletters, Open Support Sessions, Workshops, Information Sharing Meetings etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (Business, IT Management, Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
• 3-5 yr working experience, Automotive Industry experience is desired
• Good verbal and Written communication skill, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• MS PowerBI, MS Power-Automate, Automation Anywhere, Web development and SAP knowledge desired.
