We are seeking a Senior Pursuits Coordinator (pending years of experience and overall qualifications) to join our East Proposals/Pursuits team! The right candidate should be located in the greater Atlanta area, with the ability to come into our Atlanta (Battery) office.
This role’s primary concentration will be to successfully produce and manage/coordinate best-in-class proposals, qualification packages, and presentations, to win new business, and assist key stakeholders as outlined below.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborates with the East Pursuits Director, Proposal/Pursuit team members, and key project stakeholders to develop and manage RFP/Q deadlines, create impactful proposals and presentations, and produce high-quality marketing collateral for both prime consultant and subconsultant projects.
- Adheres to established procedures, using departmental tools to review project requirements, assign action items, ensure compliance, and maintain strict schedules and deadlines.
- Proofreads, edits, formats, and enhances pursuit narratives and graphical elements using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) to create visually compelling, accurate, and compliant documents.
- Manages/Coordinates qualification packages with external clients.
- Supports multiple pursuits simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines.
- Performs other reasonable and normal duties associated with the position, as directed by the East Pursuits Director and/or National Vice President of Strategic Pursuits.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications, journalism, graphic arts, or other related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on corporate qualifications, proposals, and marketing.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products specifically InDesign (Note: strong knowledge and utilization is a requirement).
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
