Overview:

 

The Sr. Manager, LATAM Supply Chain Systems is responsible for integrating all disciplines within the LATAM Global and Regional supply chain organizations and identifying, developing, deploying,  and maintaining end to end supply chain digital solutions to address business needs.

 

They own the relationship with the LATAM  supply chain leaders, and are responsible for supporting all levels of the organization in creating and executing the right systems strategy to enable  their business units . They are change leaders who drive continuous improvement by building digital capabilities and further leveraging digital solutions to achieve business results.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify, document, implement and communicate system solutions improvements related to people, process and systems with data and analytics in the core.

Continuously challenge the existing processes and system solutions,  drive change, system improvement  and further digitization.

Build self-learning, innovative, growth and digital minded team. 

 

PEOPLE

  • Increase Sustainable System Utilization to support Global or Regional Strategies 

  • Develop roadmaps to enhance the digital capabilities of Functional Power Users

  • Support daily business needs in achieving best in class indicators, integrating IT and end users on key initiatives

  • Work closely with  the Business Functions to understand the capabilities of new technologies and build a business case to secure IT resources

  • Drive sustainable Business Networks to share learnings across the regions

  • Act as a catalyst for the change management process

  • Enhance how we work with data, facilitating correct questions and enabling teams to derive insights from data 

 

PROCESS

  • Design, develop and lead implementation of end to end business process transformation and simplification initiatives relating to the Global or Regional Supply Chain Processes

  • Ensure Business Processes are aligned with Global practices 

  • Seek and share global best practices across the Colgate environment, maintaining  training material and information repositories to reflect Best Practices

  • Support the Business Teams to resolve process Issues.
