Manufacturing Engineer – Beauty

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Develop project execution strategies, oversee design and development, and ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, EPA, and other standards.
• Coordinate new equipment and technology requirements for smooth product transfers.
• Design packaging lines, layouts, fixtures, and change parts; coordinate installation.
• Manage capital projects from planning through startup, including procurement and vendor coordination.
• Develop SOPs, process specifications, and equipment documentation.
• Supervise and develop a high-engagement workforce, setting goals and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with GMP practices preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
