Senior Solutions Marketing Manager

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, we are seeking a talented Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to build and execute content strategies to support marketing campaigns that create, capture and convert demand for our solutions. This is an individual contributor role that will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content for use across various digital channels.

This role will be based in the United States. Occasional travel may be required.

In this role you will:

• Develop compelling narratives and stories that effectively communicate the value of our technology solutions, engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Set content strategy and priorities, including editorial calendars and performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify content needs, topics, and formats that align with product and sales objectives.
• Produce or oversee the creation of high-quality content, including landing pages, blog posts, infographics, guides, emails, ad copy, white papers, ebooks, and more.
• Partner with internal creative and marcom teams to ensure content development is aligned with brand standards and delivered on time.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to refine content approach and improve results.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, conversations, and competitor activities and use this knowledge to inform content creation and ensure relevance and impact.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

• 7+ years’ experience in B2B technology marketing, with 5+ years specialising in content strategy and production.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
• Ability to analyse industry trends and translate technical details into engaging content.
• Ability to set a strategic vision and rally a team around content initiatives.
• Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Webflow, Google Analytics, HubSpot and paid media platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse metrics and synthesise insights.

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Experience creating content for OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, French, German or Italian
