How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsibilities:
This role will partner closely with the shared services team, HRBPs, and payroll providers to ensure accuracy of Absence and Time configurations in Workday.
Create new Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs or make changes to existing ones as needed.
Ensure strong communication and alignment with the Integration teams, Shared Services team, HR users, Payroll team, and any other impacted stakeholders.
Contributor to Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll projects including requirements analysis, testing and hypercare, for example: Time Tracking and Absence project for Japan in 2025 , Payroll Harmonization project for Asian countries in 2025, other projects mainly in Europe or Asia
Clearly communicate the delivery dates of changes to stakeholders and ensure the delivery of deliverables within defined SLA.
Provide accurate information to the Integration teams.
Create new and maintain existing holiday and work schedule calendars for all entities/countries and update on a regular basis.
Troubleshoot Time and Absence system issues
Propose system changes and enhancements to address business concerns and legal requirements
Partner with Integrations teams to ensure successful outcomes for Payroll integration
Partner with AMS teams to balance workload and meet SLA commitments to requestors
Create new or modify existing reports or dashboards based on country requirements.
Maintain configuration workbooks with accurate configuration documentation that reflects Workday
Maintain consistent, updated and clear communications with stakeholders in case management system
Monitor Workday bi-annual releases, coordinate the changes to stakeholders.
Supervise end to end testing for the successful delivery of identified and agreed changes.
Plan and deliver training to the stakeholders and contribute to accurate knowledge base materials.
Are you a MATCH?
Work Experience:
5 years of recent Workday experience supporting global Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations.
Demonstrated deep knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking configuration and Calculated Fields
Ability to build Workday reports and custom fields
Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations
Current certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking preferred but not required
Project management experience
Prior people management experience preferred but not required
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Core Skills:
In depth knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
