About the role

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable is responsible for managing a portion of the client’s working capital through Accounts Payable disbursements and processes. In addition, provide third level analytical and business support as escalated by CCBSS BPO Provider. The role will continually collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of accounts payable and related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and audit data provided by internal or external stakeholders and transform it into useable information for our systems.
  • Run data extracts and provide information to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies.
  • Deliver on multiple data requests and participate in process improvement workshops.
  • Manage highly ambiguous situations and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within the team and department to drive improvements and provide adhoc training.
  • Track, rank, monitor compliance utilizing key business indicators.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum: High School or GED
  • Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree - In Business, Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent related experience preferred

Years of Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of Procure to Pay or Accounting experience.

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job; however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
