Position Overview: The Inventory Operations Associate will work closely with other warehouse and operations staff to execute operations regarding tabbing, highlighting, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment of physical product. This role will report to our Senior Operations Manager to ensure proper support for the business and our customers regarding physical product. This is an onsite position and the expected work hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm EST with some required overtime and possible weekend hours required based on business needs and demands.

This role will report to our Senior Operations Manager to ensure proper support for the business and our customers regarding physical product. This is an onsite position and the expected work hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm EST with some required overtime and possible weekend hours required based on business needs and demands.
What You'll Do
- Complete daily tabbing and highlighting requests.
- Assign and receive orders for tabbing and highlighting for our contractor network through proper processes and systems.
- Accept and receive orders of books and printing material through proper business process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly review the shipping queues/email boxes and promptly respond to emails/tickets from students or customer service staff regarding shipping and orders in a professional and detailed manner.
- Assist with warehouse physical product needs such as stocking shelves, removing boxes and shipping orders.
- Complete accurate shipping documentation to include labels, content checklists, tabs, and highlighting guides.
- Assist with end of month inventory counting.
- Provide support to Customer Service to ensure that they have the information needed to support our customer inquiries in matters relating to order fulfillment.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience required.
- Prior experience in a similar warehouse or order fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Experience with SkuVualt and ShipStation a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computer systems related to customer response and inventory management
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently and prioritizing effectively.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Industrious and capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional work ethic and a dedication to achieving high-quality results.
- Must be high energy, team oriented, quality minded, dependable, and safety driven.

- The work environment is that typical of a warehouse.
- Must be able to consistently lift up to lift 50 pounds or more.
