Job Description

Mission

The Partnership & Solutions teams ensure that our hotels have access to world class, best value products and services to deliver on our guest promise and continue to strengthen Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle leadership position.  By doing so, they positively impact procurement program adoption, user satisfaction and NPS which yields GOP improvement to hotels, resilient and innovative supply networks and growth in Procurement’s EBITDA contribution

Main responsibilities

•Develop, mentor and lead a global team of procurement professionals while delivering on an ambitious OS&E/FF&E Procurement revenue objective of €10-12M/year and aggressive (7-10%) year over year growth

•Establish the strategy, approach and methodology to translate current and future brand needs into best in class category strategies and actionable procurement initiatives and ensure alignment and support from Power Brands and Global Shared Service organizations

•Accountable to maximize holistic OS&E/FF&E category value through price, incentives, partnerships, sponsorships, innovations and all other available value levers

•Design, develop and deploy effective communication and engagement strategies for available OS&E/FF&E procurement solutions to L&L properties and work with L&L, PB and Global Shared Services network on compliance and adoption

•Develop and deploy a best in class Supplier Relationship Management approach to assure client satisfaction, service delivery, growth and innovation

•Position may require up to 30% travel

Lead an international team of procurement professionals and develop strong relationships across brands, operations and broader procurement organization

Anticipate business needs and ensure that procurement has the right solutions at the right time to maximize business opportunity and benefit to the organization

500-600 global properties and all L&L brands

4-6 direct reports

Owner of €7-€10M in annual Procurement Revenues

€500M-€600M in Spend

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in a procurement related field with strong understanding of OS&E/FF&E categories

Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred

Strong people management and mentorship capability

Strategic sourcing experience with focus on stakeholder engagement and needs assessment

Exceptional negotiations skills

Empathetic, business savvy and operationally aware

Strong project managers with high degree of attention to details
