So, join us and become part of an extraordinary place to work!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong><u>As Senior HRBP Enabling Functions,</u></strong> you will be accountable for implementing people and organizational strategy, supporting +/-280 employees. In this role, you will be acting as a trusted sparring partner, coach, mentor, and advisor to enable high-performance teams.</p><ul><li>Contribute to the definition and implementation of the organization and people agenda derived from the business strategy.</li><li>Partner with the business leaders and HR to analyze workforce insights and assimilate talent data and competency gaps to further develop the people strategy for the function.</li><li>Leverage Pulse Surveys and other employee engagement mechanisms.</li><li>Provide continuous consulting support in OD &amp; job evaluation.</li><li>Proactively participate in the recruitment and selection of candidates to ensure top talent.</li><li>Ensure functional leaders take a proactive approach to building strong pipelines for all business-critical roles (succession planning).</li><li>Identify and discuss high-performance talent to support talents’ long-term career goals and business needs.</li><li>Help people leaders improve the quality and frequency of performance development conversations with their teams by continuously upgrading their coaching skills.</li><li>Partner with the Head of Talent &amp; Organizational Health and the respective business leaders to help prepare the organization for the future in terms of Organizational Health, Team Effectiveness, and Individual Development.</li><li>Proactively partner with business leaders and local rewards partners in order to be aligned with the dynamic evolution of organizational structure and retention plans.</li><li>Play an active role as a catalyst of change by enabling key business transformations, supporting the business in communicating, and enabling change management. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Effective &amp; fluent communication in German (C1) and traveling to Munich on a regular basis are required</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor´s degree.</li><li>Significant strategic HR Business Partnering experience in Germany, including managing complex business change <strong>(15+ years)</strong> in Life Sciences or adjacent industries.</li><li>3+ years of International experience outside of Germany</li><li>Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable people strategy.</li><li>Deep technical HR knowledge and skills associated with one or more of the following disciplines: Strategic Workforce Planning / Resourcing, Performance &amp; Reward, ER, L&amp;D, OD, organizational effectiveness, and change management.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex HR projects through a complete project life cycle.</li><li>Experience managing a workforce in Europe and including matrix management and influencing without authority.</li><li>Extensive experience in partnering with COEs to deliver on strategy and business plans.</li><li>Experience in managing teams in Germany and at a regional and global level. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You will join an innovative, entrepreneurial company that plays to win and put its clients first and create an environment that enables people to reach their potential supporting a culture where everyone feels valued, included, and connected. </p>
