In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire:</p><p></p><p><strong>Restaurant Manager</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. Additionally, he/she will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all guidelines.</p><p><br/> <strong>Scope</strong></p><ul> <li>Leads the supervised staff with professional and tactful approach to the own job and the work of the colleagues</li> <li>Respects and follows the instructions and decisions of the F&amp;B Manager/General Manager and other managers</li> <li>Communicates and trains continuously the leaded staff</li> <li>Ensures the development, professional growth and correctly evaluates the leaded staff</li> <li>Controls, analyzes and ensures the improvement of the quality level of the provided services and guest’s satisfaction</li> <li>Ensures the team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, and development, training, and retention of key associates</li> <li>Ensures that operated units activities meet financial and operating goals</li> <li>Follows and maintain the Ella Resorts Service Standards to ensure the highest guest satisfaction</li> <li>Ensures that each customer is welcomed into the establishment and seated in a timely manner.
