Job Summary
As a Brand Communications Manager you will support different TIS business units in developing communication strategies with emphasis on Terumo TIS Brand consistency. Products range from catheters over guidewires to access and closure equipment. To do this successfully you’ll need to liaise both with internal and external stakeholders to get all relevant input and create meaningful output. You will be responsible for the design of marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team. You safeguard the integrity of the TIS products brands all over EMEA whilst making sure all communications strategies are executed in line with the company objectives. In this position you report directly to Florie Fauconnier, Communication Manager TIS EMEA. The team consists of a peer Brand Communication Manager, a Digital Communication Specialist and a Marketing Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy and planning
• Support the Communication Manager in developing and implementing the communication strategy in cooperation with the responsible Product Managers
• Plan and execute all communication activities for new product launches and other campaigns
• Design marketing and promotional materials (on- and offline) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Create relevant content for the TIS intranet and website
• Coordinate publishing and analyse results together with the Digital Communication Specialist
• Adjust campaigns and future communications based on KPI and analysis monitoring
• Stay up to date with relevant developments in the field of MarCom and generate new ideas
Branding
• Ensure that all promotional materials are aligned with the company’s brand identity and guidelines, hence protecting the brand integrity both for internal and external communications
Project Management
• Set-up, manage and follow-up of various communications and advertising plans both in print and digital
• Manage and coordinate external suppliers such as marketing agencies, vendors, and suppliers
Compliance
• Address and resolve any problems that arise with promotional content or distribution of materials
• Follow-up on all related internal audit information regarding communications and regulations
• Follow the internal approval process for promotional materials
• Conduct audits to assess compliance
• Manage all communications materials stock and make sure al versions are up to date
Miscellaneous
• MarCom support to relevant EMEA entities
• Manage order creation, payments, and receipts in SAP
• Follow-up and report on the budget
• Liaise with other teams to get a broader understanding of the business
• Operate remotely with teams from other locations and or entities
Profile Description
