Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Research & Metrics
PaddleAbout the role
What do we do?
Paddle offers SaaS companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 3000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
The Role:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Research and Insights, you’ll work closely with Paddle’s PMM + Content, go-to-market, Product, Demand Generation, and Sales teams. Your focus will be on leveraging market research and insights to drive data-driven content strategies that effectively educate and engage Paddle’s target audiences across various global go-to-market initiatives. By prioritizing content for growth, you will take ownership of a vital segment within Paddle’s comprehensive content strategy, which directly contributes to measurable pipeline impact.
To be successful in this role, beyond exceptional research, ideation, and writing skills, you’ll need to be comfortable scoping and delivering content strategies that align with commercial targets. You’ll also need to be adept at managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing requests.
