About the role
- Daily Task involves fulling inventory IT request, from both on-site and from our remote offices.
- Create shipping labels, packaging shipping IT equipment. (Servers, Laptops, Desktops, etc)
- Perform basic Inventory duties, asset tagging, scanning equipment, restocking warehouse etc.
- Process all incoming IT equipment received in Inventory database.
- Setup to test new & old hardware (Laptops, MiFi, Monitors, docking stations, desktops etc,)
- Perform weekly audits against internal inventory database & on-site warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse. (Breaking down boxes discard trash)
- Responsible for processing orders within leads time to maintain on-hand stockroom levels.
- Responsible for obtaining an in-depth knowledge of all supported hardware within the inventory warehouse.
- Responsible for proper dispositioning of IT equipment using the established process.
- Responsible for ensuring inventory database is accurately maintained and tracked.
- Support various teams, Telecom, Server, Desktop Support & Network.
