POSITION SUMMARY: The Dish position plays a crucial role in maintaining the heart of our kitchen operations. They ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, tools, and spaces while supporting overall kitchen efficiency. PART-TIME DISHWASHER: (Cincinnati, OH)

LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH

REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager, Alcove

STATUS: Part-Time (Non-Exempt - Hourly)

COMPENSATION RANGE: $15 per hour

SCHEDULE: Part-Time | Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays ** have some weekend availability

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain our industrial dish machine efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, kitchen equipment, and additional items as assigned.
• Maintain organized dish areas and storage systems.
• Support kitchen prep tasks as needed.
• Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory.
• Follow proper chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas.
