Production Supervisor

Description

The Temporary 2nd shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the smooth running of the production facility. This person will oversee staff, equipment, and operations. 

• Monitor the productivity of staff to ensure production metrics are met. 
• Ensure quality of production meets company standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure staff is following company policies and procedures.
• Serve as point-of-contact for staff questions, safety concerns, or emergencies. 
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and maintenance schedules are maintained. 

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Secondary Education preferred.
• Knowledge of Diesel Engines and their components.
• Experience overseeing and leading a staff.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.

• Shop environment that can include exposure to loud noises, dirt, and dust

• Ability to lift and carry to 50 lbs.
