As we expand our Health Nutrition & Care (HNC) reach across North America, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator who’s eager to contribute, learn, and grow with us.

As the Senior Sales Coordinator, you’ll be a vital partner to our sales team—streamlining internal operations, managing customer interactions, and helping us deliver exceptional service. Your work will directly support our mission to deepen strategic partnerships and accelerate sales of our most differentiated offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support customer targeting and engagement strategies, while building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers
• Prepare monthly sales analysis reports to support territory reviews and strategic planning
• Develop and leverage an internal cross-functional network to efficiently manage and resolve customer requests
• Manage documentation, regulatory, and quality-related requests, including registering CRM cases, retrieving standard documentation from internal platforms, coordinating internal follow-ups and communicating with customers as needed
• Process and manage customer complaints, including entering complaints into the iCCR system, driving internal resolution processes and providing customer updates
• Perform various administrative and documentation tasks related to customer inquiries and support

You Bring:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and confidence in making decisions as it relates to obtaining information for customer requests
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook), experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $65,000-$75,000.
