In addition, you will participate in software testing efforts, provide technical support for advanced issues, and follow best practices in operational support and enhancements on the Salesforce.com platform. Essential Functions
- Under general direction, serves a Salesforce Developer for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
- Serves as a project team member.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology field.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience in Application Development or a related Information Technology field.
Specialized Skills
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience with Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
- Requires working knowledge of data management.
