Essential Functions

• Under general direction, serves a Salesforce Developer for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
• Serves as a project team member.
• Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology field.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
• Requires one (1) year of professional experience in Application Development or a related Information Technology field.

Specialized Skills

• Requires one (1) year of professional experience supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform.
• Requires one (1) year of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Requires one (1) year of professional experience with Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
• Requires working knowledge of data management.
