Program Manager, Operations

As a Program Manager, Operations, your core responsibility will be to drive operational excellence by focusing on knowledge management, process improvement, and data-driven insights. You will utilize your expertise in documentation, communication, and change management to optimize technical enhancements. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex information into actionable plans and is passionate about developing systems that enhance team effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain a central repository for collective knowledge to improve decision-making and performance.

• Analyze and map processes and customer journeys to identify gaps and prioritize key initiatives.

• Leverage various applications to gather and analyze data; providing clear, actionable insights that help us understand our performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions

• Develop and support an internal communication strategy; keeping teams aligned and informed about key initiatives, changes and successes

• Support the development of internal training programs for new initiative launches

• Measure and report on business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What Experience You Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Program Management or Operations-focused role

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program success and report on metrics

• Experience in process mapping and/or leading customer journey workshops

• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across different teams

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and/or train on technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications

What Can Set You Apart:

• MBA or other advanced degree 

• LEAN or Change Management principles

• Experience with Aha!, JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite

• UiPath and AI tools

• Knowledge of HR processes
