Maintenance Inventory Clerk

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with OT when needed</strong></p> <p><strong>Pay: $27.00 Per hour</strong></p> <p><strong>The Maintenance Inventory Clerk</strong> is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the availability of maintenance spare parts, tools, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials within the manufacturing facility. This role supports maintenance operations through strong inventory control practices, cycle counting, inventory organization, and effective management of the maintenance storeroom.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime by ensuring critical parts and supplies are available, properly stored, accurately tracked, and readily accessible to maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate combines strong inventory management skills with a willingness to work directly alongside maintenance technicians to support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Inventory Control &amp; Accuracy&nbsp;</p> <p>Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance spare parts, consumables, tools, and MRO supplies &nbsp;</p> <p>Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; investigate and resolve inventory variances &nbsp;</p> <p>Monitor min/max inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stock outs and excess inventory &nbsp;</p> <p>Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of maintenance inventory within the storeroom &nbsp;</p> <p>Track critical spare parts and ensure availability for preventive and corrective maintenance activities &nbsp;</p> <p>Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable for lubricants, chemicals, and shelf-life materials &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>CMMS &amp; System Transactions&nbsp;</p> <p>Execute inventory-related transactions in CMMS systems including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments &nbsp;</p> <p>Ensure system inventory accuracy aligns with physical inventory counts &nbsp;</p> <p>Process work order material allocations and maintenance-related inventory transactions &nbsp;</p> <p>Support inventory reconciliations between CMMS system and physical counts &nbsp;</p> <p>Assist with setup and maintenance of spare part master data, locations, and BOMs &nbsp;</p> <p>Auditing &amp; Compliance&nbsp;</p> <p>Support internal and external inventory audits &nbsp;
