Duties

Responsibilities will include the following: effectively work with Joint Venture (JV) and Subcontract construction partners in scheduling matters; perform project controls assignments according to training, capability and experience; effectively work with JV and Subcontract construction partners in matters of cost and progress measurement; may have supervisory duties and lead small/medium size projects (cost and/or scheduling activities). Assist in the preparation of larger and more complex project controls assignments; understand EPC work process and dependencies between functions; perform/assist with critical path and float analysis reporting; develop project risk analysis skills; understand Financial/Accounting reporting; prepare forecasts under minimal supervision; maintain and prepare Cost Report, Cash Flow with minimal supervision; prepare input to monthly/quarterly Reports; maintain and lead quantity management reporting; maintain and lead Change management Program; gain an understanding of key scheduling processes; facilitate the preparation of summary schedule; prepare and maintain baseline/execution schedule, including resource loading and leveling; facilitate productivity reporting; and gain an understanding of key cost control processes.  No hire/fire authority. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field plus 3 years of related experience. Must have three years of experience with planning schedule software, including Primavera P6, or comparable tool.  Must have experience using GAAP accounting for cost and revenue recognition; experience with change management, quantitative risk analysis, and earned value management; and experience with critical path method scheduling, including resource loading, Look-Ahead reporting, multiple float path reporting, and time impact analysis. Must report to office in Dallas, Texas, but also permitted to work from home on a hybrid schedule.  Travel to project sites in the U.S. up to 10% of the time. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English.
