Essential Functions of a Client Care Coordinator:
- Responsible for filling orders with qualified personnel in a timely manner.
- Functions as a liaison between Interim HealthCare, the client and the community.
- Ensures expectations of the customers are met or exceeded.
- Ensures patients/clients are scheduled per order or request.
- Ensures patient/client is notified immediately of schedule changes. Customer satisfaction surveys and phone call surveys indicate acceptable range for timeliness (include standards).
- Ensures patient/client concerns are followed-up immediately by directing them to the appropriate supervisor as necessary.

Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of healthcare or related business experience preferred
- Excellent phone, problem solving and computer skills. Proficiency in Excel, organization and details, and people oriented with good communication skills required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
