2nd Shift Packer/Inspector

INTERNAL ONLY

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Removes completed thermoformed sheets from the thermoforming machines. Visually inspects each thermoformed sheet. Removes and sets aside all non-conforming products as per inspection control plan and/or visual samples per operator /Q.A. instructions. Reports all non-conforming parts to the operator. Assembles cardboard cartons. Removes individual parts from thermoformed sheets and stack them per job specifications. Loads individual parts per job specifications into cartons and seals each carton. Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area. Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

Physical and Visual Activities/Demands:

Standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, reading, writing and talking. Carrying and/or Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience

High school Diploma or equivalent 6 months previous production line experience preferred

Machines, Tools, and Equipment

Thermoformers, Scanners, Computer

Environmental Demands:

Exposure to heat, greases, and lubricants.
