About the Role:Join the dynamic team at FASTSIGNS #10606 in Fort Worth, TX, as a Commercial-Sign Painter! This exciting position allows you to unleash your creativity while producing high-quality signage for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint signs using various techniques and materials. Includes sanding, polishing, and using an industrial spray system.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate representation of client visions.
• Measure and layout designs accurately for optimal results.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and durability.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial painting or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Would benefit from knowledge of the "Matthews Paint Mixing System."(Not a requirement)
