Salary Range: $91,624 – $128,294 (based on RN management experience; starting pay typically around $100k for new managers)
Shift: Full-Time Days

We are seeking a dedicated RN Nursing Manager to lead our Medical Telemetry team in Kansas City, MO. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled RN with recent acute care leadership experience to step into a high-impact role at a top-rated medical facility.

Position Overview:
As the Medical Telemetry Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-acuity, progressive care unit, ensuring patient-centered, quality care. Working closely with your team, you'll help implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day unit operations to ensure adherence to patient care standards

  • Guide and support your team to achieve quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance

  • Lead initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and deliver an exceptional patient experience

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management to meet patient care needs effectively

  • Mentor and develop nursing staff through ongoing feedback and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience (CNC, House Supervisor, or Charge RN)

  • 5+ years of total RN experience

  • ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

  • BLS certification (required upon hire)

  • Current RN license (state or compact)
