Digital Production Designer

Hi! Our Zeta Global Creative Services Team is seeking a creative, detail oriented, flexible Digital Production Designer. This position will focus on versioning and finalizing files for HTML production based on concepts created by the design team. You must thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple projects and managing time/priorities accordingly with excellent attention to detail. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies across a number of verticals.

Our ideal person is creative and proactive, works well in a team-first environment, has a very keen eye for detail and does not lose it when under pressure. Oh—a pixel perfect design eye, and solid communication skills are a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Executes final production of creative and graphic concepts from design team
• Produces technically correct, development-ready files for various production teams, internal and external.
• Interacts regularly with designers and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projects
• Solves creative challenges through smart production methods
• Takes ownership, leads initiatives, and successfully executes through all stages of production development on target and on time
• Maintains and enhances the client’s identity by working with predefined modular design elements
• Manages the execution of the work, ensuring that creative projects are completed on time
• Understands the client’s development needs and methodology
• Communicates effectively with peers and external development teams
• Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills

• Highly proficient in industry standard design software (Adobe XD, Photoshop) and other applicable programs on Macintosh platform.  Basic HTML understanding a plus
• Agency or in-house corporate creative production experience preferred
• Love for the technical side of design
• Ability to set up and organize clean template files that can be adapted to many uses and streamline the production process
• Ability to produce independently in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn existing and new workflows
• Organizational skills, adaptability and composure under fire are equally important
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the customer’s needs
