Your role

As Lottery Product International trainee, you will support the team in the strategic activities to drive the product launches in the international market.

This role combines product management, project management and cross-functional collaboration, requiring analytical skills, commercial acumen and project approach.

What you’ll do:

• Product Development: support to the team in the definition and the development of the lottery products in collaboration with the local teams (for example trough presentations, analysis, minutes after the meetings)

• Market Analysis: analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities across games and customer experiences

• Product Roadmap & Progress Monitoring: support to the team by developing and monitoring the product launches, analyzing the performances.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: support in working closely with internal teams (Platform & Demand, UX/UI, IT, local brand etc.) and external stakeholders (providers, agencies) to ensure seamless execution of strategies and projects across digital and retail channels.

• You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with colleagues from different countries and sharing best practices.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Innovation, or a related field.

• Strong interest in digital products.

• Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of Power point and Excel tools.

• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international context.

• You are a team player, but also capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
