Compensation: up to £16,000 p/y + profit share plan
Contract type: Contractor with paid leave allowance, loan for equipment setup

Who are we?

We're Cielo Costa – 26 people across the UK, Pakistan, India, Tunisia, and the Philippines. We call ourselves Coasties which means we are a tight-knit team working together to bring value to our clients.

The role

You'll build custom applications for clients in healthcare, built environments, and regulated industries where quality and security matter. You write clean code, care about the user experience, and work collaboratively with distributed teams in agile sprints.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain full stack applications using the MERN stack

• Write clean, maintainable code

• Work in agile sprints with regular standups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones

• Participate in code reviews and help improve our engineering practices

• Communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and timelines

What you bring

• 3+ years building applications with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js

• Experience working in agile teams and sprints

• Experience working on full stack projects from concept to deployment

• Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams

• Fluent English for international team communication

• A portfolio or examples of work you're proud of
