About The Role:

We’re looking to add a Program Manager Cross Business Planning and Customer Success Management for orchestrating complex initiatives that span business functional units, product groups and engineering organization, ensuring timely delivery of these initiatives, with quality. Additionally the candidate will also own process and methodologies’ implementation that will ensure customer-success for Yohana. This role is hands-on, and we’re looking for that special person who can roll up their sleeves, as well as help establish program management standard process. 

Yohana is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. 

What You’ll Get To Do: 

Primary responsibilities: 

• Responsible for release and change management across the company including structure, setup and Drive Change Advisory Board 
• Directly oversee and/or manage a team assigned to specific technical programs 
• Control timelines, resource capacity, and budget 
• Facilitate a culture of clear, transparent communication to guide the delivery coordination of enterprise programs 
• Establish formal process, tools, and templates for high quality program management delivery
• Coordinate continuing resource planning across enterprise to illustrate trade-off scenarios and project sequencing feasibility 
• Coach junior members of the team or organization on the creation of backlogs, roadmaps of multiple scrum teams, milestones, risks, and agile artifacts 
• Drive professional accountability for the overall success of projects 
• Serve as a key leader in Program Delivery activities which interface from business to delivery
• Lead special projects autonomously 
• Build trust by developing strong business stakeholder relationships, providing transparency and open communication in accordance with Yohana core values  

Secondary responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize our customer experience
• Tracking and monitoring all service related issues to resolution/closure 
• Setting up ITSM at company level and maintaining feedback loop from Yohana members

• Create and manage a backlog that guides the implementation of ITSM functions with an initial focus on incident management and problem management. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• 5 years of experience with business and technical project management 
• 3+ years of waterfall experience with phase gating approach and Hybrid into Agile 
• 6+ years of experience with Agile dev methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban 
• Practical understanding of project resource planning and budgeting 
• Experience with Roadmapping or Project and Portfolio Management tools such as smartsheet, jira preferred.
• Experience with both Packaged and Custom-build solution delivery 
• Experience with working with offshore based development teams 
• Experience in project initiation, chartering, inception
