Labor Customer Success Intern

We are looking for an intern to participate in our worker compliance verification process and to help build out a robust data structure for increasing work efficiency in that domain. You will be treated as a valued member on the Worker Success Operations team. If you are looking to learn about core functions in a business operation, work on structuring business data, and make an impact on business efficiency in a highly competent team, we would like to speak with you. 

Internship Details:

• The summer 2023 internship will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate HQ office in downtown, Austin, Texas.
• Start date: June 5, 2023 with an 8 week duration (ending July 28, 2023)

What you’ll be doing: 

• You’ll be provided with a mentor within the Worker Success Operations team to support your growth and learning.
• You’ll have the opportunity to learn about business operations best practices, and ultimately help drive business value. 
• You will get to meet other interns throughout the experience. You’ll be assigned a project within the Worker Success Operations team and you will present on your work at the end of the 8 weeks. 
• You’ll be able to explore different areas inside the overall Labor Success team which focuses on both oilfield workers and companies and also interact with other members from different groups such as Sales, Product, and Payroll. 

What you should have:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in areas like Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or others with a strong interest in Business Operations, Customer Success, and Data Analytics.
• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Google Sheets, ability to learn new systems, etc.). Any experience with Tableau, Snowflake, or other large data visualization and analysis tools preferred.
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
• You enjoy working with others and being part of a team.

• Ability to use office programs such as email, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
