Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend bid-walks at various industrial job sites.
• Plan, coordinate and execute bid proposals for a variety of jobs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quantities take-off.
• Prepare job cost analysis.
• Develop detailed proposals.
• Research sources of materials and equipment.
• Develop construction schedules.
• Prepare bid analysis and review.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our extended client base.

 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial estimating required.
• Onsite operational experience in industrial construction preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work additional hours when needed.
• Experience with Estimating Software, Microsoft Excel, Project & Word.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and meet consecutive deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees as well as clients in a professional manner.
• Experience in estimating mechanical equipment and piping packages a must.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field (BSCE/BSME/MSCEM) preferred.
